About the Stone Workshop, Experienced Manufacturers of Slate and Stone Products in Cumbria and the Lake District 

The Stone Workshop Ltd is located in Ulverston, Cumbria, in the Lake District. We are a small team of skilled craftsmen focused on service and quality with many years experience in monumental and architectural stone masonry. At The Stone Workshop we believe stone is a fascinating material to work with. All of our products are produced and manufactured in our own workshop. We work with materials such as lakeland slate (green and black) which is quarried locally within the English Lake District and also granite, marble and limestone which are imported from around the globe. Such materials give enduring elegance and provide a choice of rich colours and textures available for a variety of applications, both commercially and around the home.
